The Governors have adopted the Sunderland LEA complaints procedures.

We hope to resolve any complaints that you may have, which in the first instance should be directed to the head teacher. In most cases, we find that complaints can be dealt with successfully at this level. However, if this is not possible, they can be sent to the chair of the Governing body for consideration at their meeting. Complaints still not resolved may be sent to the Education Authority.
